We hope that you are delighted with your Mixed Pears purchase. We expect the most of our products, and stand behind their performance and value. If, for some reason, your purchase has not met your expectations, please let us know so that we can work out a solution.
If you purchased a product through an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy.
If you purchased a product from mixedpears.com, please let us know within 30 days if you need to return something. We accept returns or exchanges on new, unused items in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The process is easy:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must have a Return Authorization prior to shipment or they will not be accepted. This is so we know your return is coming and can understand what went wrong.
- Pack the item(s) for return or exchange back into their original shipping box or a similarly sized box. We like to see reused boxes, though be sure you have completely removed all barcodes and labels from the outer package, secured the contents, and sealed the box well.
- Write the RA# number on the outer package. All packages shipped back to us require an RA# to be clearly written on the outside of the box. If the RA# is not clearly marked, the package will be refused.
- Send the item back to us at the address provided with your Return Authorization Number, prepaid, with a traceable carrier (i.e., one that gives you a tracking number.)
Please note: We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All returns must be sent, prepaid, to the address provided to you with the Return Authorization Number. Mixed Pears LLC is not responsible for packages not received if you are unable to provide a tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. We are unable to process any refund to any method payment different than the original purchase, except where noted in the Gifts section.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund when we said you would, please double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us so that we can figure out what went wrong.
Only regular priced or sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, upon completion of your return you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. This is the only exception to our refund policy. We reserve the right for security reasons to refund the original payment method if we choose.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver. In this case, the gift giver will find out that you have returned the item.
